If you want to level an industrial plot then you need to access the stockpile and add to it. What is needed to get these plots to develop? How about junk in the workbench? Thanks!ĭonating scrap to the City Planner desk donates the scrap to increase the level of the settlement. I set up a city planning desk and tried to use that to donate junk to the settlement and got a message to the effect it was not accepted. Question 1- Is there any bleed over between RotC and Sim Settlements regarding plots being auto assigned to settlers versus turning auto assignment off and manually assigning plots? I assume If I turn off auto assignments in the vanilla Sim Settlements settlement that this will have no effect on a RotC development in a different Settlement? Now that all said, if there are any Sim Settlements experts here, I actually have a question. It is a must read for RotC, but I’ve seen it, it is avoidable, it is recoverable, and does not destroy your game. If anyone is interested in this mod, I can point you at a link that discusses the latter. I’m loving it, although there is a caveat, if you jump into RotC and that is the triangle of death, using it to develop 3 settlements in close proximity to each other (SH, RR, and AF) can cause script issues and game crashes. The author has several You Tube tutorials on each mod. It is slick, but maybe if you prefer to do your own building, not for you. The first allows you to build specialized plots in your Settlement, for example residential, agriculture, etc, and the second build the entire Settlement for you. Actually there are two related mods, I’ll be talking about, Sim Setttlements and Sim Settlements, Rise of the Commonwealth (RotC).
